Returns and Exchanges

At, IT Planet, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any product from our catalog, return it to within 10 days for a quick and easy refund or store credit. That's what we mean when we say "Satisfaction Guaranteed!'

The following information applies for returns or exchanges to our store:

The Item must be in its original condition, including the product box, all packaging and all accessories. Please refrain from making any marks or writing on the box.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your RMA number, call one of our representatives at 1- .
  • Please write the RMA number on the shipping label, not on the box.
  • Credit can only be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • A restocking fee applies when the product or the packaging is damaged.
  • Some manufacturers always charge a restock or exchange fee.

Parts, ribbons, labels, software, opened printheads and TEC products cannot be returned.

  • Return all items original packing, unused and undamaged., with all parts, manuals, and other included items. Pack the item in the same way as it was received.

Non-Defective Product Returns
Customers can return items for any reason. Most returns are due to compatibility problems so call our experts for assistance to ensure that the items being ordered will work with your existing system.

DOA/Defective Product Returns
Very rarely, a customers may receive a product that is DOA (Dead on Arrival). We offer free technical support with all of our products, and often these issues are related to product configurations or other technical issues. Please contact Customer Service and we can help resolve these issues. If we are unable to assist you with the product, then we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for a quick and easy return. Of course, there is no restocking fee on any DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
