The AD Maxdura® Tire Tag M730 represents a cutting-edge RFID tag engineered for seamless integration into vehicle tires. Functioning within the 860 – 960 MHz frequency range, it delivers dependable performance with a typical read distance of at least 4 meters when embedded into a tire. Equipped with the Impinj M730 chip, this tag provides 128-bit EPC memory and a 96-bit serialized TID, making it ideal for accurate inventory tracking and logistics management. The tag's dimensions are 43 x 1.5 mm (1.693 x 0.059 in), adhering to GS1 Class 1 Gen 2 V2 and ISO 18000-6C standards. Specifically crafted for automotive and industrial settings, the AD Maxdura Tire Tag M730 offers robust solutions for tire tagging, inventory precision, supply chain oversight, and warehouse management. Its durable construction is achieved through a process of automatic overmolding and resistance welding, ensuring strong and consistent antenna connections. The tailored IC housing, utilizing lead frame technology, allows for minimized dimensions to maintain uniformity within tire materials. This design tackles the challenge of tuning the antenna’s resonance frequency when embedded in diverse rubber materials.Built to endure extreme conditions, the AD Maxdura Tire Tag M730 operates in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to 85 °C (-22 °F to 185 °F) and can be stored in temperatures from -40 °C to 120 °C (-40 °F to 248 °F). It has been rigorously tested, including exposure to cold and high temperatures, and withstands vulcanization temperatures of 200 °C (392 °F) for 30 minutes under pressures up to 5 MPa over two cycles.Encased in black epoxy and weighing under 2 grams, the tag is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, among other standards. With over two decades of expertise in RFID solutions, Avery Dennison has crafted the AD Maxdura Tire Tag M730 to fulfill the rigorous demands of the automotive sector.
