Part Details:
This service level provides access bug fixes and patches for the device and with support provided by SMB TAC during business hours (week days 9am to 5pm). Subject to fault identification by Cisco (during working hrs week days 9am to 5pm) replacement hardware is shipped on the day of 'fault identification' (this does not provide any timed delivery guarantee).
